Terms and Conditions
To keep things running smoothly for everyone, we’ve laid out the important bits about delivery, returns, area codes, and item conditions.
Please take a moment to read through the following info.
No Same day Booking, orders must be made in advance (24 hours or more).
Must ensure someone of legal age is present at the delivery address.
Collection is strictly between 12pm – 2pm.
Late returns = £10 rental fee per day which will be charged for each additional day.
Items will be inspected on return any damaged or missing will result in charge based on the extent of damage or replacement.
We are Birmingham based business however over 10 miles of this area will result in additional charge of £5.
